Venetia Manners (Vene) is a senior director in the Kroll Business Technology practice. She previously served as Senior Director of Operations for Prime Clerk. Vene has over 15 years of experience leading restructuring operations, product and client service teams.
Prior to joining Kroll, Vene held various senior leadership roles at Epiq Systems, and was involved in a wide range of company activities through her changing roles in data analysis, quality assurance, project management, case administration and product management. Within these roles she provided leadership and custom business solutions in support of some of the largest chapter 11 cases including Lehman Brothers, Motors Liquidation (f/k/a GM), Energy Future Holdings, Dynegy, Hawker Beechcraft, Tribune, Saint Vincent’s Catholic Medical Centers, Delta and Northwest Airlines.
In her current role, Vene is managing key functions of the business at both a strategic and operational level. These include day to day tactical activities associated in support of our clients’ diverse project needs, including contract reviews, litigation reviews, audit, data analysis, quality assurance, as well as management and delivery of technology initiatives. Vene’s responsibilities include development and management of standard operating procedures (SOPs), identification and development of strategic opportunities by leveraging technology solutions and leadership of operations personnel.
Vene works closely with our Client Services team to ensure that our clients’ business processing needs are recognized and delivered in the most efficient and accurate manner possible. She believes that innovation and change are key to business success, a mentality which is reflected in the initiatives she has supported.
Vene received her B.S., Summa Cum Laude, from Manhattan College, with a double major in Computer information systems and international business.
