Nancy is a media planner and buyer of the Kroll Notice Media practice, with over twelve years of experience working on consumer class action, antitrust, and bankruptcy legal notice programs. She has planned, executed, and provided analysis on numerous complex legal notice programs including DRAM Indirect Antitrust Litigation, LCD Panel Price-Fixing, and Imprelis Herbicide Product Liability Litigation.
Nancy’s training and background includes use of top advertising research, measurement and evaluation tools to develop plans that combine both traditional and new media. She also has extensive experience drafting plain language notices that adhere to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 23.
Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Simmons University in Boston and a digital media and marketing Graduate Certificate from Duke University continuing studies. In her free time, Nancy volunteers at The Women’s Center, a non-profit that provides mental health counseling and support to women in need.
