Jessica Stamelman is the chief financial officer of Kroll Business Services. She joined the team in 2020 as the director of business strategy for Kroll Business Services. Before joining the firm, Jessica was an associate at The Carlyle Group in their dedicated special situations fund, Carlyle Strategic Partners, where she was part of the team that made the 2017 strategic investment in Prime Clerk prior to the Duff & Phelps acquisition. Jessica began her career in the financial restructuring group at Houlihan Lokey where she advised both companies and creditor constituencies regarding in-court and out-of-court restructurings.
Jessica received a B.S. in Commerce, with distinction, from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce.
